The average temperature is 80 degrees and 78 degrees for the water.Islamorada sits between the clear waters of the Florida Bay and the Gulf of Mexico, it is bestowed with a Coral Reef three to five miles offshore that is filled with spectacular life.
This 2 bedroom/2 bath private home is equipped with many extras including this heated (at 80/82 degrees)swimming pool that is partially shaded so you can enjoy floating with a cool drink leisurely .Rates for the 2 bedrooms are $2000.00 US a week the 3 bedroom $3000.00 US
This vacation gem boasts large rooms furnished in rattan and decorated with a tropical flair.You can see this view from the living/diningroom and kitchen as it ahs 4 large sliding glass doors opening upon our large deck.
One bedroom has a queen size bed with a private bath and plenty of natural sunlight.New tiles, this room has been totally renovated with it great poster bed.We also have a desk top computer with high speed internet and we are wireless.
The second newly tiled bedroom has twin beds, great for kids or guest,there is also a 3rd bedroom upon request with king size bed $1000. extra a week. At pool level with you may see the pictures by clicking the amenities, sitting room, bedroom & bathroom.The upper 2 bedrooms and living area is $2000. 00 US a week plusc 11.5% bed tax plus a $500.00 US deposit. $100.00 is the cleaning fee which is deduted from the deposit before it is returned.
Optionnal:This is our 3rd bedroom,all tiled.It is at the pool level.You can just walk out in the morning and enjoy the refreshing view and sit on the deck, this view is of the large sitting room with the king size bed in the background. It opens totally up on the pool deck with sliding glass doors.
3rd master suite at the pool level King size bed, with large sitting area......COST $1000.00 US extra a week if added to the 2 bedroom upstairs. But is never rented seperately .
