Description of the Property - Vacation Apartment Key Largo Florida USA

Thank you for your interest in Moon Bay our Key Largo vacation home. If you love the ocean, I can guarantee you will not be disappointed spending a vacation anywhere in the Florida Keys. I have enclosed some information, but please call if you need more.
The unit is on the fourth floor of an elevator building, making for spectacular views from the screened in porch, living room and master bedroom. The name of the complex is Moon Bay and it is more like a resort than a condo. There are free tennis courts, saunas, a private boat slip, and a dock for fishing and salt water swimming, to mention just a few of the amenities.
Moon Bay has two pools, with plenty of deck for soaking up the sun. Romantic restaurants, right on the water, are with in easy walking distance. There is a bike and jogging path directly across the street.
It is just over a mile to John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park. Pennekamp is world famous for scuba diving and snorkeling. It is the home of America's only living reef. The condo is only a short drive from Everglades National Park. Salt water fishing in the Keys attracts people from all over the world.
The unit has two bedrooms and a bath and a half. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need including a microwave. There are three cable televisions, a stereo, and, a VCR. There is a free washer and dryer in the unit. Naturally it is air-conditioned. There is a recreation room with ping-pong and an outdoor grill, just feet from the water.
My rates for four people range start at $845.00 per week. If the week contains a major holiday the rate is $100.00 higher. There is a $200.00 security deposit on first rentals. There are discounts for longer stays.
My rate is no more than the going rate. My unit is the nicest. It sincerely is a first class condo. I'm sure you will love Moon Bay. It is a special place. Let me know if you would like to see pictures.
