New Mercies is less than 4.5 miles from Walt Disney World in Kissimmee, Florida, and with 6 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms, this elegant and spacious property is perfect for large family groups, sleeping up to 14 guests.
Add the Terra Verde Resort and Spa's facilities to everything this fantastic villa offers - and you have the makings of the best vacation ever! The private, gated resort and spa of Terra Verde boasts a fabulous 5,000 square foot clubhouse, with a sparkling community pool, spa pool, beach, fishing bridge, fitness center, and lots more besides! It's minutes from Disney, and is perfectly located for nearby shops and restaurants.
New Mercies has a large, vaulted family room to relax in during the day or evening, with a gently turning ceiling fan, sumptuous sofas, furnishings and lamps, a large screen cable TV, VCR, surround sound and DVD player and library- so you can watch your favorite movie or play a video game on the games console provided. Or listen to your most loved tunes on the stereo system provided. If you want peace and quiet away from the family, choose to sit in our separate lounge, with overstuffed sofa and love-seat, occasional and coffee tables, together with lamps.
Do you want to spend your days soaking in that Florida sunshine?...Then you've picked the perfect spot! If you want to relax, step into our bubbling spa pool that cascades in to the crystal-clear waters of our private pool, or simply lay back on one of our comfy loungers or reclining chairs, or sit under the lanai for a family al-fresco meal together. The pool is provided with a removable safety fence for extra added protection for young infants should you need it, and all doors leading on to the deck area have been provided with additional safety locks and switchable alarms.
Sleeping accommodation at New Mercies is as exclusive and luxurious as you could want, with two separate master bedrooms that each provide spacious comfort. Each master has a sleep-soft king-size bed, dresser and night-stand; with cable TV's, DVD and VCR, telephone, clock/radios and closet space for each. Each of these master bedrooms also provides its own master en-suite bathroom, with either single or double vanity basins, walk-in or bath/showers, and toilet.
The next two bedrooms also offer king-size beds, each with nightstands and lamps, dressers with cable TV/DVD/VCR units, and nearby or adjacent family bathrooms.
Each of the remaining bedrooms offers the perfect night-time dreams for the children, or the young at heart. All of these bedrooms provide night stands with lamps, dressers with cable TV/DVD/VCR, and closet space, plus adjacent bathrooms.
The European-style kitchen has been fully equipped with everything that you could possibly need to prepare a family feast or a super-snack for the kids. Choose to eat at the formal dining area or at the breakfast bar that overlooks the lanai...so that you can sip your OJ while looking out at the rising sun.
Please note that trucks, commercial vehicles, campers, mobile homes, recreational vehicles, motor homes, house trailers, trailers of every other description, boats, jet skis (or other similar watercraft) boat and other watercraft trailers, horse trailers or vans shall not be permitted to be parked or to be stored at any place on the Property.
Rental Rates are exclusive of 13% Florida Taxes.
Pool heat is an additional $175 per week.
A cleaning fee of $120 is charged for stays of less than 7 days.
A 20% deposit is required to secure this property with the balance due 60 days before arrival. Reservations made within 60 days of arrival require full payment.
A refundable $250 security deposit is also required upon final payment. This security deposit is returned to you 15 days following your departure so long as no damages or excessive cleaning charges are incurred.
In the event that you cancel your reservations 60 days prior to check-in you will receive all
monies minus (-) $100 for administration fees.
