Description of the Property - Vacation Home Davenport

For those of you who worry about getting around Orlando (like we used to), it's nice to know that, whilst our villa is just two turnings from I4 or 192W, (the road that leads to Disney's front door) it is located in delightful rural surroundings. The major theme parks, Disney, Universal & Sea World are within a 15/20-minute drive. Orlando International Airport is just 40 minutes away, whilst beaches on the West or East coast can be reached in about 75 minutes.
Why choose a villa holiday?
For my family it means independence.
There is plenty of space for everybody
we are not all squashed into 2 rooms and
*we don't have to pay extortionate supplements to tour operators,
*we don't have to tell the children to be quiet in case they disturb other guests,(although there are Florida statutes concerning noise after 10pm)
*we don't have late night guests returning to their rooms disturbing us.
*we can eat what we like when we like (and we do !!)
With multiple televisions we can watch different channels in different rooms so some of us get a break from cartoons and the children get to watch what they like on holiday. We have the pool all to ourselves and the children can jump and splash as much as they want and not annoy anyone (well only me!).
It means freedom.
