Located near Walt Disney World the charming community The Retreat at Legacy Park features beautiful, spacious holiday homes set in the natural setting southwest of Orlando near Lake Tohopekaliga and Lake Marion.
World famous attractions such as Walt Disney World, Epcot, Universal Studios, Seaworld of Orlando, Wet & Wild and Gatorland are less than thirty minutes away.
Lake Tohopekaliga or Lake Toho, as it is known by most Floridians, offers fishing, boating, camping, hiking and other outdoor activities.
The Retreat at Legacy Park is near numerous golf courses, supermarkets and other shopping and restaurants. You get beauty and convinience, near all the excitement and nightlife of Orlando, yet far enough away to relax in the peace and quiet. The Retreat at Legacy Park provides the best of both worlds.
Our Holiday Home is a brand new 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom luxury villa set on a beautiful conservation plot with fabulous views. The villa is ideally located on Highway 27 and is just 7 miles (a 10 minute car ride) from Walt Disney World.
The spacious 3400sq ft villa offers luxury accommodation for up to 11 people. There are two beautifully furnished double bedrooms "“ the mastersuite has a king size four poster bed, walk in wardrobe and ensuite bathroom.
There are a further three twin bedrooms. Two of the twin bedrooms are Disney themed "“ these are ideal guest rooms for children and would make their stay truly magical.
The villa has many amenities on site such as the private heated pool & spa with amazing views over the conservation area. The relaxing spa is the perfect place to unwind after a day at the theme parks!
There is also a games room with a pool table and foosball table and the 52" TV with cable & DVD player in the family room is sure to keep everyone entertained .The villa is equipped with telephone and wireless broadband
Davenport / Legacy Park area
Legacy Park is situated to the south west of Orlando and only ten minutes from Disney's main gate. Attractions including Universal Studios, Epcot, Sea World, Wet and Wild and Gatorland are all nearby. If you like fishing, boating, camping, hiking and other outdoor activities, then nearby Lake Tohopekaliga is the place for you. Keen golfers are well served by the many championship courses within easy reach. Should you wish to drive a little further, just pack a cool box and head out for the day to the Kennedy Space Centre or the beautiful beaches of both Gulf and Gold Coasts. Locally, you are well served by the many restaurants and shopping facilities available.
How to get there
Fly to either Sanford or Orlando International airport. Legacy park is situated at the end of US192 on Highway 27 - around a 35 mintues drive from Orlando international airport or an hour from Sanford.
