Northern Exposure Nantucket is a fully furnished 4 bedroom/2.5 bath house located at 165 Orange St., Nantucket near town center (0.9 of a mile from Main Street) on Lower Orange Street just beyond West Creek Road.

In the Summer Season (Memorial Day to Labor Day) the weeks run from Sunday to Sunday. Arrival time is 4 PM / Departure time is 9 AM.
2007 Rental Rates:
$2,000/week - $500/night - September 9-September 30
$2,000/week - $450/night - September 30-December 30
2008 Rental Rates:
$2,500/week - $450/night - April 6-May 25
$3,000/week - May 25-June 1
$2,500/week - $550/night - June 1-June 29
$4,000/week - June 29-August 31
$3,000/week - August 31-September 7
$2,500/week - $500/night - September 7-September 28
$2,000/week - $450/night - September 28-December 28
Daily rentals rates are available in the Fall, Winter and Spring with a three night minimum rental.
For Rentals:
Rentals prior to January 15, require an initial payment of 1/3 of the total rental amount plus the refundable security deposit within 7 days of receipt of the lease agreement. (Security deposit is 10% of the total rental amount or $400 minimum).
1/3 of total rental will be due on April 15. The remainder of rent will be due no less than 30 days prior to arrival date.
Rentals after January 15, require an initial payment of 1/2 of total rental amount plus the refundable security deposit within 7 days of receipt of the lease agreement. (security deposit is 10% of the total rental amount or $400 minimum).
The remaining 1/2 of rent will be due no less than 30 days prior to arrival date.
Rentals made within 30 days of arrival date, require a signed lease and payment of the total rental amount and refundable security deposit via PayPal.com (payable by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover or PayPal bank transfer) prior to arrival.
There will be different payment requirements and lease terms for all non-US Lessees.
There is no cancellation provision in our lease agreement. If an emergency precludes use, we will make best effort to re-rent at the same rate and, if successful, the renter will receive a refund, less a cancellation fee of 10 percent of the gross rental. If the period cannot be re-rented, the entire rent shall be payable and forfeited.
Absolutely no house parties, youth groups, fraternities, weddings, receptions, meetings or parties allowed. We do not rent to students or groups of students under any circumstances, even if a parent or legally responsible adult signs the rental agreement and/or pays the rent. If such a group attempts to occupy, ALL MONIES WILL BE FORFEITED AND THEY WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
