The Boathouse is an apartment building located entirely over the water at Opua, in the Bay of Island, Northland, New Zealand adjacent to the Opua Beach.
The two storey building consists of only two apartments, each with an interior space of 141m2 and each with a large, furnished balcony.
The apartments are luxuriously furnished and equipped to 5-star standards (Qualmark NZ certified) with beautiful extensive sea views.
The locality of Opua is the maritime centre of the Bay of Islands, with a modern marina over approximately 300 berths and a luxury boat harbour. The small township is well established, with large green areas and a coastal walkway from Opua to neighbouring Paihia.
The very unique location over the water, combined with luxurious furnishings, and equipment, offer an ideal destination for visitors to the area.
