For your safety there is a wall safe also as the alarm system of the house. Air conditioning and central heating in all the house, as well as Internet/WLAN you will have of course also in this villa
You love to cook during your vacation? In the kitchen of this luxury villa you will miss nothing to pursue your hobby.
For the ice cubes in your evening cocktail on the terrace with panoramic sea views you find the ice dispenser on the big American refrigerator.
The temperate fridge for wine, a Steam Oven from Gaggenau, a five-burner induction hob, an electric grill plate from Gaggenau, ensure that cooking is just fun!
You love espresso or a good cappuccino? Then you will appreciate the built-in coffee machine with milk foam-maker and warming plate for cups.
The drinking water, and all appliances in the kitchen and even the water in all 4 bathrooms is treated by a de-calcification and by osmosis filtered, so that you will find in this house best quality drinking water.
Each of the 4 large bedrooms has its own modern bathroom, (3 with shower, one bathroom with tub and shower).
One bedroom has a spacious walk-in wardrobe and the other 3 bedrooms have large fitted wardrobes.
In the dining room next to the large kitchen with bar there is the dinner table for 8 people. In the living room there is a corner with 2 sofas, a flat-screen TV with satellite antenna and the most German, Spanish and international channels. Radio and DVD players are of course also available.
The gourmet restaurant "La Terraza", with a dream terrace directly by the sea is located just 150 meters away and the also very excellent restaurant on the golf course Alcanada with fantastic panoramic sea views (and its good 3-plates-menu with wine for only € 19.90) you can easily reach from your holiday home by foot. Shops, supermarkets and specialty stores, more Restants and medical care can be found in the nearby Puerto de Alcudia, or in the old town of Alcudia.

Your vacation home is located in the Urbanización Alcanda, in a privileged residential area in the Bay of Alcudia. Situated on the seafront, between the port of Alcudia and the Alcanada Golf Course, it has only a few steps to the small sandy beach or a stone beach, directly in front of the small island Alcanada with a romantic lighthouse.
Good restaurants can be reached by foot.
In Puerto de Alcudia, or in the town of Alcudia you will find all the necessary things that you will need during your stay. There are supermarkets, specialty stores, doctors, pharmacies, restaurants and more.
In the area there are a plenty of possible excursions.
Arrival
The way from the airport to the vacation house follows the highway from Palma to Sa Pobla-Alcúdia y to Puerto de Alcudia and then follow the signs to Alcanada.
