This family home is located in a quiet location in the upper area of the old town center with a great view to the sea and Frkanj peninsula.
The house is located close to the sea and beach, a variety of shops, restaurants and cafes. As with all homes in the town center, there is no private parking available. By acquiring a parking permit, however, you can park anywhere in town without charge. A boat mooring is available in Rab harbor but is not included in the price. The house contains one apartment on the upper floor level with a Ist category rating (***) for 6-7 persons and rooms can be rented separately. The owners are gay friendly.
Apartment No.1 for 6 persons has three double bed rooms, 2 WC/shower units, a large kitchen with dining room, air conditioning, satTV and a spacious terrace from where you can enjoy in great views to the sea and sunsets.
