The Villa is located in Pearsall which is a newly developed prestigious suburb of Wanneroo. It is less than 1 kilometre from a magnificent wooded and grass walkway area, surrounding Lake Joondalup. There are numerous children's play areas and amenity rooms in this location.
Cycleways also encumber the lake and wooded area, where swans and ducks are plentiful and can be hand fed.
The Villa is close to restaurants, swimming pools & gym, vineyards, including a superb Conti's Winery Restaurant and is it only 6 kilometres to Joondalup City Shopping complex, incorporating movie theatres and entertainment.
