Small however fine and in absolute calm aerea:
the maintained holidays apartment with a large bedroom, a shower bath room and a living and dining-room with a completely equipped kitchen line, offers for 2 persons every comfort to spend relaxed vacations.

Modern and good-quality equipment offers air conditioning system in bedrooms and living room, Sat Tv, Radio/CD/DVD player, dishwasher, washing machine use and also a free WLan internet access for your laptop.
On the terrace near the living room, there are a table and chairs, sun couches and also a garden grill.

Our generous pool plant for only 7 houses is situated on a separate plot of land near to the house (about 20 meters). In the 8x14 m large pool you can swim extensively, 400 square meter of terraces invites you for sun bathing under palms and in the shady 50 square meter large pool house you can surf in the Internet with your laptop free of charge.

The proximity to the kilometer long natural beach Sa Rapita - Es Trenc with Caribbean blue water (only approx. 3 km) makes your vacation perfectly.

Enjoy your vacation by a barbecue evening on the terrace from the apartement or relax on a sun bed at the generous pool area on a separate plot of land near to the house.


The beach of Sa Rapita - Est Trenc with its dunes is under nature protection and is situated only about 3 kilometers from the house.

Many little streets in the south of the island Majorca (between Llucmajor, area Cala Pi, Ses Salines, Campos) were converted to a very well cycle track net. On these traffic-poor ways there is a speed limit on 40 kmh for Pkw' s, so that one can enjoy safely the landscape there.
In approx. 30 minutes you arrive by car the city center of Palma de Majorca and in approximately 20 minutes you can got to the airport.

In only 17 km or 15 minutes by car you reach the Marriott' s Golf Course " Son Antem".

The way by car from the airport in Palma de Majorca to your holiday home in Sa Rápita takes about 20 to 25 minutes.
