2 separate holiday apartments in one house, near to the beach Sa Rapita-Es Trenc, sea view and pool, for 4 - 8 persons
The two-family house Son Bielo is particularly well for 2 families, which would like to spend their vacation together but in separate apartments. Each dwelling also can be rented separately. The two maintained and nearly identical holiday apartments have good equipments and they are decorated with much love for the detail.

The house lies only a few steps away from the sea coast in calm housing situation, in the settlement Son Bielo, situated between Sa Rápita and Estanyol. There is a common garden for the 2 apartments with a small pool (about 4 x 6 m), a shower and enough sun couches.

Each of the two vacation apartments has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, a completely equipped kitchen, a living and dining room and a covered terrace to the south west. There are among other things: dishwasher, washing machine, Sat Tv, Safe, garden grill (for the apartment in the upper floor an electrically one for the balconcy), sun couches….

The proximity to the fantastic beach Sa Rapita-Es Trenc with Caribbean blue water (only 2 km) makes your vacation perfectly.


The environment
The holiday house lies in the settlement Son Bielo in calm housing situation, only a few steps away from the seashore (well accessible rocks), between the two villages Sa Rápita and Estanyol.

The beach of Sa Rapita and Es Trenc with its dunes stands under nature protection and this fantastic beach is situated only about 2 km from the house.
Many little streets in the south of the island Maljrca (between Llucmajor, area Cala Pi, Ses Salines, Campos) were converted to a very well cycle track net. On these traffic-poor ways there is a speed limit on 40 kmh for cars so that one can enjoy the landscape safely.

In approx. 30 minutes you will be able to arrive the city centre of Palma de Majorca by car and in approx. 20 minutes you can reach to the airport.

Only 17 km or 15 minutes by car away you can find the Marriott' s Golf course " Son Antem".
