Luxury 2 story “Family Scheidt House” at the Hotel Flying Crocodile. A fine luxury complete furnished house, with 4 sleeping rooms, and 2 bathrooms, each room has A/C and a queen size bed, a complete fully equiped kitchen with oven, fridge and micorwave, a big living room with TV and large sofa and chiars. A nice comfortable terrace with sitting area. The second floor has one office and another big living room. The house comes as well with a big private garden area, washing machine and with 2 towels for each guest, 1 pool towel for each guest and 2 bed linen for every bed.The house is for minimum 2 persons and maximum 8 persons. The rent includes a optional daily 2 hours cleaning up service not the kitchen! Water, electricity, gas and all taxes incl.! Long term minimum 2 month. Long term add on: electricity, gas, TV cable, cleaning up service, water, telephone and Internet.
We kindly ask for a security deposit or long term tenants 1 month rent! We dont allow pets!

Location - Vacation Home Samara

The House is located at the Hotel Flying Crocodile area, it is in the back yard where it is really private and safe. The tenant can use as well the whole Hotel amenities, like pool and restaurant. The House is embedded in a nature reserve, surrounded with mangroves, which are at the same time the original habitat for our paten, the “Crocodiles”, our Lodge is only 250 m from the Pacific.

You can reach the Playa Buena Vista by walking in about 8 minutes, but although the beach Playa Samara (6 km away), in the same named tourist village Samara, the “white” beach Playa Barigona (about 2 km) (where the actor Mel Gibson lives) or the surfer Beach in Nosara (about 35km) are not far from the Hotel and from the Family Scheidt House and easily to reach by car or bike.
The House is situated in a natural and untouched bay, 6 km to the north of Samara at the Peninsula Nicoya, 9°53’3.11″N and 85°33’58.05″O

Arrival

- Bus: Alfarobus – every day 12.30pm
(in Samara around 17.30pm)

- Flight: with Sansa-Air, intern. Airport
8.10am, to Carillo

- Car: from SJO to Samara

2. direction to Peninsula Nicoya via
Puente Tempisque
3. from Nicoya direction to Samara
4. around 5km before reaching Samara
there is a Petrol station at the left hand
side

- take the next junction after the petrol station to the right and drive in direction Nosara
- 5km later you will find a junction just before the village Barco Quebrado where you turn left
- follow the signs

- take the 2nd junction after the petrol station on the right hand side
- about 2 km later you will turn at the next junction again to the right
- you will cross a river
- just follow the signs to the
