In der Wohnung ist von Waschmaschine im Bad bis TV und Mikrowelle in der kombin. Wohnküche alles vorhanden. Leihfahrräder - auch im ort- nein. Ist aber auch nicht "sinnvoll" , da die Umgebung ein bergiges Auf-und Ab bietet.
Ort ist sehr zentral gelegen, ideal für Entdeckungen von kleinen Städten, Dörfern und der gesamten Region Doubs.
Die teilweise Mitbenutzung des Gartens ist ideal zum gemütlichen Kaffeetrinken .
Sancey bietet noch eigene private Fleischer und Bäckereien; ein Supermarkt ist im angrenzenden Nachbarort Sancey le Long (ca. 1500 m)
