Our detached holiday house at the North sea coast, In North Holland between Alkmaar and Den Helder, distinction themselves by a child friendly setting, its privacy and luxury.
Large play/recreation grounds, many children activities, a restaurant that serves drinks, snacks and ice creams and a beautiful swimming- and baby pool will make it into a unforgettable family holiday! Your privacy will be guarantied by a high natural lane surrounding the house and spacious garden!
The house of ca 85 m2 is surrounded by a beautiful garden of 400 m2 with 2 apple trees, various flower bushes, small garden house, grass fields and a big terrace.
The house contains a cosy living area with open kitchen and is provided with an open fireplace, TV with cable connection, CD-DVD player and a nice (sleeping)sofa. The kitchen is provided with all luxury you can wish: dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, water heater, coffee machine, etc..
The bathroom contains a lovely bath, shower and toilet. In the scullery you will find a was machine, was dryer and fridge.
3 bedrooms all with a wooden floor are situated on the first floor accomplished with a second toilet. In the master bedroom you will find a big double bed of 2m X 1,80m and a removable baby bed. The other 2 room have 2 single beds each. Sheets and towels are not provided. ( Bring yourself or rent) A children chair is provided. The whole house is central heated.
The terrace is surprisingly big and contains 2 hard wooden tables, couches and 2 armchairs. A lovely terrace heater is guarantying long outside evenings!
An own nicely camouflaged parking lot is self-evident.

Site
Our holiday house is situated in quite area of a bungalow park of 50 detached holiday houses. A separate small and nice camping is part of the park and it contains swimming pools, a restaurant and play grounds. The North sea coast is only 3,5 km away. A nice large fishing pond is situation directly beside the park.
Place: The Netherlands, North-Holland, , Sint Maarten.
The little village Sint Maarten is situated between Alkmaar and Den Helder in north-south direction and between Sint Maartenszee and Schagen in west - east direction. Sint Maarten has around 500 inhabitants.

Additional information
Beside the bungalow park there is a small cosy camping connected to the park. It contains many different play grounds for soccer, volleyball, beach volleyball, table tennis and basketball. The recreation ground contains 2 trampolines, sand boxes, climbing frames, swings etc.
There is also a large sun-heated swimming pool and a baby pool. All facilities can be used for free!
The restaurant provides a billiard, games, darts, etc.. They serve soft drinks, wine, beer, snacks, French fries and ice creams. Is the high season you can order fresh hot bread for the next morning!
