Our fabulous newly styled Portaferrissa 1-1 apartment is right in the centre of Barcelona in the central street Portaferrissa. This apartment sleeps five people and is therefore great for a family or a group of friends. There is a master bedroom suite, with a large bed and wardrobe and a slightly smaller bedroom with an individual bed, plus another comfortable bed in the apartment in the living room that can also be used as a sofa during the day and that sleeps two more guests. This flat is fitted with all the finest features, including television, air-conditioning, WIFI and heating. There is a dining table that seats six people, and the fully equipped kitchen is stocked with everything that you need to enjoy your time here in Barcelona, like microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine and all the newest appliances. There are many cute little cafeterias in this area, and it is a very short walk from the busy centre to the more peaceful plaza around Barcelona’s cathedral. Right by your side is also Placa Catalunya where you can catch the metro to other parts of Barcelona to visit sightseeing attractions like the Sagrada Familia or the famous Gaudí houses. Buses also go from here to Montjuic, which is one of the more tranquil locations in Barcelona, and gives beautiful views from the hilltop over the whole city. In Montjuic you can find many museums and art galleries, like the Fundació Joan Miró, and the impressive Barcelona Olympic Stadium.
