A cosy 2 bedroom apartment in a central location of Puerto del Carmen, self catering.

This spacious first floor apartment (75m2) is located almost by the ocean at the main beach of Puerto del Carmen, near the Centro Comercial Atlantico. Ideal for visitors who would like to live private and not in a holiday complex .Therefore the apartment does not have a pool. Everything you could expect from a fun beach vacation you can find at your front door, restaurants, bars, discos, shops and even a casino.
On arrival at the apartment you will be greeted by a small "Welcome Pack" to give you a little boost for your holiday. ( Milk, tea, coffee, butter, bread and Marmalade, a 5 litre bottle of water and somthing stronger to get you into the holiday mood.)

The very comfortable furnished apartment with a double - and a twin bedroom perfect for 4 people, offers a bright large living room with French doors onto a good size balcony with sea views. A light bathroom with (walk in) shower and here is also a washing machine. The two bedrooms share the bathroom. A modern fitted kitchen offers an oven, 4 plate ceramic hob, microwave and the usual kitchen appliances, and of course a large fridge with separate freezer.

For your entertainment you are provided with books, board games, CD's, a music centre with a USB connection and a satellite TV. But they is certainly more fun by watching from the balcony the goings and comings of the international tourists when enjoying the sea view with a fine glass of wine or cold larger before you too join the interesting night life of Puerto del Carmen.
