This is a beautiful house just outside Guardamar, a Spanish town on the Costa Blanca.
Ideal for anyone who is looking for a nice quiet environment and yet close to the sea and towns of Guardamar 3km, and Torrevija 12km.
The town of Guardamar itself has a population of 11,000. There is 12km of blue flag beach; pines, a Mediterranean park with fountains and lakes that give life to flora and fauna. The prime natural feature are the dunes formed from sand deposited by both the river Segura and the sea. This natural area includes the Reina Sofia and Alfonso XIII parks, ideal for a leisurely walk or for cycling.
If you enjoy sports, Guardamar offers every possible sea sport: windsurfing, water-skiing, underwater diving, canoeing etc. The Marina de las Dunas offers all of these and 498 moorings. Guardamar has extensive sports facilities: The Las Rabosas' Sports Centre and the Municipal Sports Centre with its Olympic swimming pool, 3 foolball pitches, basketball courts, five-a-side soccer pitches, tennis courts, pelots courts to mention but a few.
For the bargain hunter, the Market each Wednesday in Guardamar is very popular with the locals as is the Sunday Market close by. Jennings Irish Bar is a favourite with the residents of El Raso. Several Restaurants, including the ' Wok Buffet' are located in the urbanisation.
The highly acclaimed Restuarant 'Budapest' is just 1km down the road.
The avid golfer will have no problem reducing his/her handicap with the many Golf Courses all within a 30 min. drive, including La Finca which hosted the Spanish Open, and Las Ramblas.
The Urbanisation is situated beside the Large Blue Salt Lake with its magnificant views of the surrounding area of Orihuela, which can be seen from the Solarium. The house also has three verandas from which one can sit and relax.
