Our beautiful house (approx. 90 m²) consists of a separate kitchen, living room, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, garage and one covered and two uncovered terraces. The house is very luxury with a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave oven, central heating and air condition. The house is located in a nice quiet and very well maintained urbanization with a big common swimming pool and tennis court only 100 meters away. There is access to the pool area from the 1st. of June to the 30th. of September. From the house and terraces you have a lovely view to the sea and the nature and it is a distance of only one kilometre to the beach and the centre of the charming Spanish town Peñiscola on the Costa del Azahar, 130 miles south of Barcelona. The area offers a lot of activities - swimming at the 5 mile long sandy beach just north of the town, walks and bicycle trips in the 80 square metres mile nature reserve south of the town, golfing at the Panorámica Golf Club (founded by Bernhard Langer)
