Our delightful Villa Waree with private pool is only minutes away from Pattaya with her shopping malls, nightlife and beautiful beaches.

The location of the villa is unique, between Pattaya and Jomtien. That means that in approximately 5 minutes (scooter) you will be at the beach or in the city of Pattaya. Their are many restaurants, shops and bars in the neighberhood, also walking street is only 5 minutes from the villa away.

Villa Waree is tastefully decorated and has a large living room with all the luxery that you can expect from a luxery villa, TV, wifi, great furniture and a modern kitchen. On the sealing are fans for a cool breeze during the warm days. The Villa has 6 bedrooms and 5 bahtrooms, all bedrooms are airconditioned for a nice cool sleep. The open kitchen is fully equipped with a big refrigerator, freezer, water cooker, rice cooker, toaster, coffee machine and a microwave.

There are sliding doors to go to the outside terrace, size 3,5 x 11 meters, with shaded seatings and BBQ area; the terrace has direct acces to the fabulous pool.

The garden with palmtrees and beautiful flowers is set around the private pool.
The size from the swimming pool is 5 x 8 meters with crystal clear water warmed by Pattaya's great weather during the year with his tropical sunshine.

On the compound is 24 hours security, parking can be done at the house or on the street.
There is also a laundry area at the house with washing machine for your convenience.

We can pick you up from the airport and bring you back after your holiday; our driver will be waiting at the airport and bring you to the Villa.

For renting a bike, scooter or car just let us know, we can arrange it for you.

We also provide site seeing trips around Pattaya for a few hours till several days throughout Thailand, just ask us about the possibilities.
