A stone built holiday villa with a swimming pool in the village of Tochni, one of Cyprus traditional and historic villages with attractive architecture, good restaurants and a shop. The holiday villa is within a few minutes walk of the village centre, and has lovely views of the village and the sea. The pool sits in a delightful garden among many fruit trees, there's also a traditional barbeque, courtyards with country style chairs and tables, and plenty of sun beds. This is a superb Cyprus village holiday villa in a real Cyprus village and provides excellent holiday accommodation.
The house can be rented as a very specious 3 bedroom villa for 8-10 persons or as separate apartments consisting of a one-bedroom apartment for 3-4 persons and one two-bedroom apartment for 5 persons.
Accommodation for 10: 8 in the tree bedrooms and 2 in the sitting Camp-beds can be provided in the sitting rooms.
House Facilities
The two-bedroom apartment has a double bed in one room with an ensuite bathroom and 3 single beds in the other room, plus another bathroom. The one-bedroom apartment has a double and a single bed and a bathroom. All bedrooms are comfortable, decorated with traditional Cypriot materials and each has air conditioning, heating, and satellite TV.
Each apartment has an open plan dining and kitchen area. The kitchens are fully equipped with a cooker, fridge, toaster and iron. There is a washing machine available for use by all guests. High chairs and a cot can be provided.

Governor's Beach with it's shallow calm sandy beach is just 6 km away. It also also offers the spectacular white rocks area for those who like diving, snorkelling, boating and fishing. If you like walking, there are many wonderful walks along nature trails in the hills near by, or walk along the beach and enjoy spectacular sunrises and sunsets. There is an excellent selection of restaurants beside the beach where you can enjoy your lunch or dinner sitting under the trees just a few meters away from the crystal clear water.
