After arriving via shuttle or car (there is a private garage) you will soon discover a warm and friendly atmosphere. Whether you choose to sip a glass of wine and watch the sun set (our unit is the only unit with wide unobstructed views of the mountains and the Swaner Nature Preserve from two sides), watch television or a DVD on one of the three flat screen TV's, prepare a gourmet meal in the beautifully appointed modern, yet rustic kitchen with state of the art appliances and granite countertops, check your email or weather conditions with the included high-speed web access, or simply get some rest, an exciting vacation awaits you.
With a complimentary shuttle running throughout the day, you will be able to enjoy the number one ski resort in North America, Deer Valley, Park City Mountain Resort, featuring one of the best terrain parks and snowboarding experiences, and explore The Canyons multiple runs. What about après-ski and time to unwind? Call the friendly concierge and arrange for a massage or maybe dine in some of the top Zagat rated restaurants in the nation (a complimentary city bus leaves Newpark for Old Town every 45 minutes). After dinner, retire to one of two master bedrooms upstairs (there is also a loft). The larger master bedroom features a queen bed with bathroom (double sinks) and a vast balcony to enjoy the townhome's beautiful views. The other master bedroom also featuring a bathroom with double sinks contains two single beds and a balcony. Additionally, the loft day bed turns in a full size sleeper for two. All of the bedrooms and areas in this townhome have also been furnished with art work featured by local artists and complete décor and accessories from local shops.
