The property is a detached two storey villa fully air conditioned, located in the Hampton Lakes community which is ideally located for all of Orlando's attractions, shopping areas, restaurants, golf courses and is within easy reach of Interstate 4 which provides access to either coast of Florida.
Hampton Lakes is nestled in the tranquil countryside of Davenport, Florida, only moments away from Disney, Universal, Sea World and all the other theme parks that make central Florida the Number 1 family vacation in the USA! And when you have had enough of the parks, a myriad of championship golf courses, nature parks and gardens are just a few minutes away!
The community boasts communal facilities, two flood-lit tennis courts, beach volley ball, basketball courts, community pool, kid's playground, changing and toilet facilities.
The communal facilities are available for use by all guests.

Enter the villa and you find a formal dining area, a spacious kitchen fully equipped, Electric range, microwave, fridge/freezer, ice maker, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker with all utensils & crockery provided, a breakfast bar, the family room is furnished with comfortable sofas (the three seater converts into a sofa bed), a large screen TV with video, DVD player and music centre, leading out to the screened extended deck and beautiful 13ft X 26ft heated pool.
The garage has been converted to a games room with a pool table, foosball and electronic darts.
The villa has 5 bedrooms 2 Master Bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms on the ground floor, a further three bedrooms on the second floor one queen and two twins sharing a bathroom. There is also an addtional TV with playstation on the landing with seating.
Master Bedroom 1: Queen size bed, Walk-in wardrobe, TV, en-suite bathroom.
Master Bedroom 2: Queen size bed, built-in wardrobe, TV, en-suite bathroom walk-in shower.
Upstairs: There is a total of 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom
