The villa occupies a quarter of an acre and is ideally situated. located in Briar Grove, a quiet residential development in Davenport, having a mix of both vacation homes and permanent residents. Briar Grove is located Less than 10 miles from Disney. This Villa will sleep upto 8 People in total comfort , it comes complete with all linen etc.
The villa has a 28ft by 14ft floodlit solar heated swimming pool which is both fully screened and south facing and has a large sunbathing area, and is complete with patio furniture and sunloungers. the perfect place to relax all day or at the end of a hard day at one of the parks.The villa is very well equipped and furnished to the highest standards. As you would expect the villa is tastefully decorated and fully air conditioned. A Large colour television connected to the cable network is provided in the lounge. In addition to the cable TV the lounge also has a video recorder and hi-fi system. Ample seating is provided together with a queen size sleeper sofa. the lounge has direct access to the pool via patio doors. As you would expect we have a fully fitted kitchen in the villa. The kitchen includes a Microwave, classic American refrigerator, large cooker, Dishwasher, waste-disposal, coffee maker, toaster and all the necessary cooking utensils. The kitchen is linked to the lounge via a breakfast bar. There is also a washer and dryer located in the double garage for your personal use.
