Our luxury 4-bed 3-bath villa, with pool and spa, backs on to pine forests and is not overlooked. Extra pool decking with ample outdoor furniture gives plenty of room to sit and enjoy the sun and views. It has all the comfort and style with every modern convenience that make this a perfect holiday home for your stay in the fabulous sunny holiday state of Florida.
On beautiful Calabay Parc located 10-15 minutes from Disney; it is an ideal location to enjoy all the amenities that the Parks and Orlando have to offer. Set in lovely landscaped gardens the Spanish architectural influence on Calabay is immediately recognisable.
The villa can sleep up to 10 people (with an available cot) and is newly built for 2003. It has air conditioning, heated pool and spa plus all the usual modern utilities (especially ice and cold water on tap).
There are many other beautiful villas available in Florida which all offer excellent facilities. To set us apart from those, we have chosen this villa, the community (or estate) the villa is on and the location of the villa in the community very carefully. Coupled with extra features on the building of the villa and additions to the facilities inside, you will have made a superb choice for your ideal vacation.
We have teamed up with an excellent local management company who will oversee your stay and be available for all your needs whilst on holiday. They look after the house and pool on a regular basis - in fact don't be at all surprised to find a strange man testing the water and cleaning the pool if you actually stay home for a day when worn out from visiting the endless nearby attractions.
The villa is near ALL the attractions, with Disney only 10 to 15 minutes drive away. Getting to the villa from Orlando international Airport is very easy being only 30 to 35 minutes away. In an idyllic position, midway between the two coasts, just north of the main east/west Interstate 4, with shops and amenities very near in either direction.

Security deposit of £250 per booking required with balance and is refundable if all ok after 7 days - within 21 days
