The penthouse "LA PERLA DE MARAKECH 9" is a real oasis, where you can relax and enjoy your holidays.

Choosen colours and fabrics create an uniquie ambience, where you can feel just like at home. The property goes over 2 floors and offers a lot of space to enojoy and relax.

The spacious living room with frontal seaviews is the center of the property. Infront of the cosy fireplace you will find a comfortable sofa and 2 armrchairs. From living room you have direct access to the covered main terrace. From the terrace you overlook the hole bay of Bahia de Casares and the sandy beach of Playa Ancha. Here you will find a large dining table to seat up to 6 people. Enjoy the panoramic views reading a book or drinking a glass of wine...

In the living room there is also the spacious dining area with a wooden table with 8 chairs.

Beside the living room you will find the downstairs bedrooms, both spacious, equipped with built-in walldrobes and en-suite-bathrooms. The beachside bedroom is bigger and offers 2 single beds with frontal seaviews and large en-suite bathroom.

On this level there is also the fully equipped Nolte-kitchen with separate utility room and underfloorheating.

Steps beside the fireplace are leading on to the upper floor where you will find the master bedroom-suite and the roof terrace. The master bedroom is very spacious and offers large window front with direct seaviews and access to the sunny terrace. The master bedroom offers large double bed and large en-suite bathroom with double bassin, WC, bidet, whirlpool bath and separate shower.

On spacious the sunny "L"-shaped terrace you can enjoy the sun from early morning till late at night. Here you will find 2 sunloungers and a second garden table with 4 chairs.

In this part of the community our guests have the opportunity to choose one from 4 pools in total. The sandy beach of Playa Ancha is just few steps away, in walking distance you will find also 2 beach bars.

Location
As you travel west from the sophisticated resort of Marbella, passing the beautiful fishing port of Estepona in the direction of Sotogrande, the coastline begins to dramatically change. Gone are the tourist hotels and sprawling beachside developments. Instead, natural beaches and unspoilt countryside flank the roadside and the traveller begins to feel the pull of nature and the past.

Below the ancient pueblo of Casares, which is seemingly untroubled by the pressures and demands of modern life, lies La Perla de La Bahía. This new development has been sensitively built in traditional Andalucian and Moorish style and the architectural detail, whilst unique in concept, gives a sense of history and permanence. La Perla de La Bahía is situated between the twin bays of La Galera and Playa Ancha, the latter having been awarded the European Blue Flag for the cleanliness of the water and beach as well as safety. All the apartments have unrivalled views of the Mediterranean Sea, the Straits of Gibraltar and North Africa: a perfect setting for a wonderful holiday.

The La Perla Café and Restaurant offers a wide range of delicious meals and snacks. Freshly baked bread and pastries can also be purchased here.

All prices are quoted for selfcatering holidays per night. Additional costs: water and electricity: EUR 105,-/week; final cleaning, hand towels and bed linen EUR 120,- /Refundable damage deposit: EUR 200,- (This is a refundable security deposit, any damages or breakages to the property will be deducted from this deposit after your departure. If there are no damages the deposit will be transferred to the bank account of the client at least at 14 days after his departure.)

In the period of 13.July 2013 - 31.August 2013 there is a minimum stay of 2 weeks required with arrival/ departure on a Saturday!

LONG TERM RATES IN WINTER (from 01.11.2012 - 22.03.2013) APPLY FOR A MINIMUM STAY OF 30 NIGHTS; FOR SHORTER PERIODS HIGHER RATES WILL APPLY!

Booking conditions: A deposit of 30% of the invoice will be required to secure your reservation with the balance to be paid by at least 42 days before arrival date.

Cancellations: Cancellations must be confirmed in writing. The following cancellation charges will be payable:
1. More than 57 days notice given - loss of 50% of reservation payment.
2. between 56 - 43 days notice given - loss of reservation payment.
3. between 42 - 15 days notice given - loss of 70% of total payment
4. 14 days or less notice given - loss of total payment (refundable damage deposit will be refunded).

We strongly advise that clients take advantage of cancellation insurance - we can help you.
