Description Vacation Apartment Bahia de Casares/ Casares/ Malaga

We rent out an unique ground floor apartment with panoramic pool-and seaviews. The property is situated on the very first beachline in luxury community with 4 pools and offers south-west orientation with all day sun! The property has been furnished very tastefully and to high standards. Numerous decorations, pictures, lamps, mirrors and tables are creating a very homely feeling. The spacious living room has a fireplace and dining table to seat up to 6 people. Infront of the fireplace you will find 2 comfortable sofas offering perfect pool- and seaviews. From living room you have direct access to the large covered terrace, which overlooks the private garden infornt, the near community pool and the open sea. From the covered sunny terrace you enjoy beautifuly seaviews. On the terrace is a large gardentable with 4 chairs and several sunloungers.

Both bedrooms have spacious built-in walldrobes and en-suite-bathrooms with under floor heating. The master bedroom has direct acces to the covered terrace and offers directly seaviews. Here you will find a king size bed 180X200cm. In the second bedroom there are 2 single beds. Further the apartment offers a spacious wooden kitchen with all amenities. The property has an air conditioning system throughout (warm/cold) and underground parking space.

Infornt of your terrace is further an private garden with over 30m² where you can enjoy all day sun!

All prices are quoted for selfcatering holidays per week. Additional costs: water and electricity: EUR 35,-/week; final cleaning, hand towels and bed linen EUR 100,- /Refundable damage deposit: EUR 200,- (This is a refundable security deposit, any damages or breakages to the property will be deducted from this deposit after your departure. If there are no damages the deposit will be transferred to the bank account of the client at least at 14 days after his departure.)

Location
As you travel west from the sophisticated resort of Marbella, passing the beautiful fishing port of Estepona in the direction of Sotogrande, the coastline begins to dramatically change. Gone are the tourist hotels and sprawling beachside developments. Instead, natural beaches and unspoilt countryside flank the roadside and the traveller begins to feel the pull of nature and the past.

Below the ancient pueblo of Casares, which is seemingly untroubled by the pressures and demands of modern life, lies La Perla de La Bahía. This new development has been sensitively built in traditional Andalucian and Moorish style and the architectural detail, whilst unique in concept, gives a sense of history and permanence. La Perla de La Bahía is situated between the twin bays of La Galera and Playa Ancha, the latter having been awarded the European Blue Flag for the cleanliness of the water and beach as well as safety. All the apartments have unrivalled views of the Mediterranean Sea, the Straits of Gibraltar and North Africa: a perfect setting for a wonderful holiday.

The La Perla Café and Restaurant offers a wide range of delicious meals and snacks. Freshly baked bread and pastries can also be purchased here.

San Luis de Sabinillas is the village next door. This is a typical andalusian village situated right on the coast with charming spanish character and large paseo maritimo with several shops, bars and restaurants. The village offers further numerious shops, large supermarkets, banks, bakery, pharmacy, post ect. Sabinillas is much more Spanish, than the near marina port of Marina de la Duquesa with its numerios bars and restaurants. Here you will find also internetcafes, business centers, minimarket, fitness club, dry cleaning ect. Sundays (when the weather is good) in Sabinillas is one of the largest markets - must be seen!
