The kitchen includes a large built-in fridge two
freezers, dishwasher, convection oven with ceramic hob, kettle,
microwave, coffee maker and toaster lever. The kitchen is nished. It

street for shopping in erler east part of Berlin), making it the famous
street Unter den Linden with the
Hotel Adlon, Brandenburger Tor,
Siegessäule and the famous opera houses and the Museum Island very
close.

• U-Bahn station Pankstraße - U 8
In about 10 minutes walk to the
subway station, from where you are after only 4 train stations on the
corner of Rosenthaler Platz/Corner to Torstreet and Brunnentreet.




This trendy neighborhood in the middle there are many In fine-Caffee's,
bars and restaurants. The People's Park in the vineyard invites you to a

Bernauer Street (former Berlin Wall) and the Wall Park you can reach

When you walk up the Wiesenstreet you
are in about 6 minutes on this S-Bahn station. From here you come with
the S 2 in three stations to Friedrichstrasse, in two stations to
Oranienburgerstrasse. There, lined up a cocktail bar after another.
There are also many Indian Restaurants. The cocktails here are pretty
cheap, compared to the prices at the Hackescher Markt or at Potsdamer

and the Chancellery are less than 30 minutes (per reach with public
transport or car).

and can be reached by car in 15 to 20
minutes. The ring road (A100) is about 8 km away. 



The Berlin Central Station is about 4 km away, to reach by car in about
9 minutes.
