This charming 46m2 flat is located in the central district of Charlottenburg on a mezzanine floor that leads directly to the interior courtyard, with a separate private entry.

The cute and cozy main room is very tastefully decorated with international works of art and offers a delicate combination of lounge and bedroom area. Guests will enjoy relaxing moments watching the flat-screen television or having a drink whilst simply admiring the original paintings of renewed european artists, lamps and table are objects of design.
The bed is a King-size.

There is free WIFI internet connection for both work and leisure purposes.

The sunny kitchen (with view on the garden) is fitted with everything guests might need to prepare their meals. There is also a small selection of drinks and snacks (an additional cost that can be confirmed directly with the owner).
The elegant bathroom has a bath (and shower) and is ideal to unwind after a long day’s sightseeing around the city.

In the main street as well as the neighboring streets there are numerous supermarkets, local shops, and all kinds of charming bars and restaurants offering a international choice.
The nearest transport option is the city train stop Savignyplatz that is a 2-minute walk away, and heads directly into the city and attractions such as Unter den Linden, the area of Hackescher Markt and Alexanderplatz with its television tower. The nearest Bus stop is 1-minute walk away.For visitors who enjoy walking, in ten minutes it is possible to be at the famous avenue Kurfürstendamm with its Zoological garden and the Kaiser-Wilhelm-Gedächtniskirche Memorial Church. From the flat you can reach the ICC (the important Fair center).

In a few minutes walk you reach the Kurfürstendamm, known locally as the Ku'damm, is one of the most famous avenues in Berlin. The street takes its name from the former Kurfürsten (prince-electors) of Brandenburg. This very broad, long boulevard can be considered the Champs-Élysées of Berlin — full of shops, houses, hotels and restaurants. The original church on the site was built in the 1890s. It was badly damaged in a bombing raid in 1943. The damaged spire of the old church has been retained and its ground floor has been made into a memorial hall.
