In the prettiest town on the Montenegrin Sea, 250 meters from the coast we are offering you two types of modern apartment. GOLD type "“ bedroom with one single and one double bed, living room with two double beds, kitchen, bathroom, cable TV and air-conditioning, balcony, altogether 7 beds. SILVER type "“ bedroom/living room with two single and one double bed, kitchen, bathroom and balcony, cable TV and air-conditioning, altogether 4 beds. We have 3 apartments of each type. Our building has its own tank with water and it has continual fresh water all day in summer. The building was built in 2001. Each apartment has one car parking space.
Gold Apartments (1 Bedroom, Sleeps up to 7)
Bedroom 1 with double bed and 1 single bed.
Living room with two double beds.
Bathroom with toilet, basin, bath with shower.
Newly fitted kitchen with all dishes, cooker and fridge.
Living room has Cable TV, dinner table and chairs.
Bedroom and bathroom linen are included and changed per 10 days.
Silver Apartments (Studio, Sleeps 4)
Bedroom/living room with double bed and 2 single beds. Cable TV.
Bathroom with toilet, basin, bath with shower.
Newly fitted kitchen with all dishes, cooker and fridge.
Bedroom and bathroom linen are included and changed per 10 days.
Coast/Beach
You can get the Slovenska plaza Beach in 7-8 minutes on foot. It is also just a short walk to the many beautiful beaches of the Budva.
Travel
You can fly to Tivat, 20 mins by car, or Podgorica, 1 hour by car in Montengro, Alternatively Dubrovnik is only 1 hr 40 mins by car along the beautiful Montenegran coastline, including a great little ferry trip accross the Fjord (approx 3 euros 50).
Distances
Budva Old Town is 10 min walk at a very easy pace as are the local beaches. Sveti Stefan is 10 mins by car. Kotor is aournd 30 mins by car and Podgorica around an hour.

A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking, with the remainder payable 2 weeks before your stay.
