Casa Sandra Vacation Apartment Chiavari

The premise is a portion of a very quiet modern countryside house.
It is located on the foot of the hill just at the back of Chiavari town, along the East Genoa coast road, and surrounded by olive groves. The apartment is situated at the ground floor of the house and can accommodate up to 5 people.
It offers a cosy kitchen fully equipped, a living room with sofa and television, two nice double bedrooms and one bathroom. The apartment is fully furnished with self heating system and appliances such as freezer/fridge, washing machine, cooker, oven, microwave. The apartment is cool during the summer instead, and it has no need of air- conditioning system.
A portion of the private garden is available to the guests, along with a cosy patio just outside the kitchen, with table and chairs for to eat outside and relaxation
A pubblic car park not far from the house is also available.
The area is served by bus, which can easily link the apartment to Chiavari city centre and the coast. Beaches are at 15 min. drive from the apartment. Handy public swimming pools and sporting centres can be reached in Chiavari and its area.
The landlady organizes cooking lessons based on the traditional Ligurian cuisine, along with guided tours for small groups in the area, to Cinque Terre and to the Genoa historical city centre.
Chiavari town is at about 1,5 Km distance from the apartment. The most convenient motorway exit in order to reach the apartment is Chiavari exit, along the A12 Motorway Genova-LaSpezia
