The apartment BERMUDA BEACH 2 is located on the beachfront itself and offers breathtaking views over the near sea and the beach infront. The apartment has an orientation to the south with all day sun! The apartment is very spacious and bright. The large living room has a dining area with pass through to the kitchen and a comfortable living area with 2 big sofas and TV-corner with direct access to the main terrace. When you seat on the sofas, you enjoy free panoramic seaviews! On the enormous terrace infront of the living room with over 110m² is an outside dining area where you can enjoy your breakfast or dinner in the sun listening to the sea! Further here you will find a secind dining area and 4 sunloungers. The master bedroom has direct access to this main terrace and offers frontal sea views. This bedroom has also an en-suite bathroom. When you lie in the bed, you overlook the open sea. The second bedroom has bathroom on the landing. The kitchen is fully equipped.

The complex is located on the beachfront and offers paddle tennis court and well kept gardens with community pools right on the beach! A perfect holiday home for summer and winter!
The urbanisation 'El Mirador de Bermuda Beach' is located on the very first beachline between the city of Estepona and the village of Sabinillas/ Manilva. The complex offers private paddle tennis court, spacious garden and community pool right on the beach. Each apartment has enormous terraces with 100m² and unforgetable views over the beach, the Rock of Gibraltar and Africas coastline: a perfect holiday home for summer and winter! The complex has direct access to the beach. Just 100 meters away is a very good restaurant. In walking distance you will find also a Country-Club with restaurant, large Spa and golf - we offer discounted rates. In the village next door you will find numerious shops, supermarkets, banks, restaurants, tapas-bars, bakery and pastery. Every sunday here is one of the biggest markets in the region.
The bigger city of Estepona is just 7 km. far away.
All prices are quoted for selfcatering holidays per week. Additional costs: water and electricity: EUR 35,-/week; final cleaning, hand towels and bed linen EUR 100,- /Refundable damage deposit: EUR 200,- (This is a refundable security deposit, any damages or breakages to the property will be deducted from this deposit after your departure. If there are no damages the deposit will be transferred to the bank account of the client at least at 14 days after his departure.)
