Magnolia is one of three small flats in a complex called Lavinya. It can accommodate 2 people The flat is centrally located, about 200 m from the Small Bay. The building was made in 2011, together with what can only be described as a gourmet restaurant. Breakfast can be bought, as can other meals during the day. There is a small outside space only for this flat, and a common, fenced, garden for all three flats and the guests to the restaurant. Laundry can be arranged, and there is also a common utility room with washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board.
The flat has a combined bedroom/lounge and a bathroom. Other facilities include airconitioning, fridge, coffee machine, satellite TV with English, German and Dutch channels and wireless internet connection. Shops, restaurants, bus, bank, post and taxis are close by, and the nearest swimming is possible as close as 400 m along the sea front.
The Lavinya appartments offer a chance to indulge in some serious pampering for families or friends who want to stay near each other, but have their own privacy. Massage, manicure and pedicure is available, and so are boat trips and Foça tours, you just have to ask! The host family speak English, German and of course Turkish.
