The two-storey house (completed in 2006) is located 300 m above sea level on the hillside with uninterrupted views of the Aeolian Islands and the Gulf of Patti. The upper floor has about 80 m² living space, the basement about 75 m². For both floors is a shared roof terrace (45 m²) with stunning views available. Each floor has a separate entrance. The ground floor has a beautiful terrace facing the sea (about 35 m²) with furniture (these can also be used by tenants of the first floor, if the basement is not rented). The upper floor has a balcony facing the sea located (about 9 m²). There are 2 parking at the house, alternatively you can park at the church in the village.
