Location:
The farm is located in the romantic valley of the brook Jelenka, just outside Å umava, the oldest and most beautiful park of the Czech Republic. Around the farm is 1000 m2 completely fenced garden, and thus very suitable for pets. In the garden you will find a terrace where you sit undisturbed from the sun can enjoy. There is also a swimming pool for young and old to enjoy cool on hot days. At 1.5 km to the village Strážov where you can access for the daily messages. On the square's also the post office and the bank. In the summer you can magnificent hiking, Nordic walking, mountain biking or just the peace and enjoy the space. Is it very hot then you can take a dip in the local swimming pool located at a distance of 1 km. on the farm. The car can be parked on its own field.
Interior:
The farm has been adopted by the previous occupant used as a base to go hunting. Many memories than this you can also find in the interior. The furniture consists predominantly of wood. In the living room is a bank with two armchairs and a dining table, corner with 4 seats. It is thanks to the cozy fireplace. The kitchen is fitted with all mod cons, such as a 4 pits gasformuis, electric oven, microwave oven, coffee machine, kettle and refrigerator. The bathroom has a sink and tub. There are 2 bedrooms, one with a 2-persoonbed and the other with two bunk beds. There is a separate toilet. On the inner veranda may be smoked, but not in the house.
Environment:
The farm is about 100 metres from National Park 'Å umava', the Bohemian Forest. Since this is the oldest national park of the Czech Republic, you will find here a wealth of animal and plant species. The cottage is ideally suited as a starting point for long hiking, Nordic walking, mountain bike or car. The routes, walking and cycling as well as a number of trips described, lie upon arrival already ready for you. In the evening you can sit barbecuing or a campfire. In bad weather, you have the fireplace. In the village Strážov, at 1 km from the farm, the swimming pool where your children can walk around independently. Is it once a day bad weather there are various places in the immediate vicinity, as the castle ruins of Klenová, where you from the garden looks. Also in the town of Klatovy at 15 km is much like to see the mummies in the catacombs of the Ignatiuskerk or on the World Heritage List of UNESCO standing baroque pharmacy.
