This picturesque farmhouse with panoramic views of the Tuscan countryside has been converted into apartments for the enjoyment of the discerning few. It has been designed to make you feel at home, each with its own kitchen and outdoor terrace. This house was newly renovated in 2004 and includes three separate apartments, a 1 bedroom (sleeps 2), a 2 bedroom (sleeps 4) and a 3 bedroom (sleeps 6) for vacationers. The outdoor terrace is fully furnished and perfect for eating al fresco, watching the sun set or greeting each new dawn.

Our driveway is ONLY 200 yards within walking distance off from the main village road 'Via Traversa Livornese' in our antique town of 'Rosignano Marittimo'. For local enjoyment, topping the village is the 13th- century Castle of 'Rosignano Marittimo' with a museum which is open daily. A variety of Tuscany-style restaurants, bakeries, small shops, ice cream parlor, market and ATM machine are just steps off our driveway for your pleasure. Our location is extremely private and offers a secure and gated parking field.

A larger super market is just a short drive and offers everything like home including the freshest cheeses of Tuscany. Rome is just a two and a half hour drive away, or just hop on the train which is only five minutes away (by car) to enjoy any of these historic cities. Why stay in a big city when you can enjoy the Tuscan small town life with these famous historical cities just minutes away.

Guests are invited to stroll among the estates olive groves for sampling of our extra-virgin olive oil. They are also encouraged to ask any questions they may have. This estate covering an area of approximately 17 acres blends into the harmonious scenery of the Tuscan countryside, where green hills slope down towards the horizon and woods alternate with vineyards and olive groves.

The present owners are an Italian-American couple who inherited the estate and immediately started to renovate this once active farmhouse into a vacation getaway. The owners reserved one for themselves, which they retreat away from New York life about six months of the year. The owners are fluent in both English and Italian and can communicate in German (via email). They take great pride in providing personal care of all the accommodations, needs, and interests of their guests.
