The farm is set within the beautiful terrain of a port wine vineyard.It has his own swimming pool and is only 5 minutes drive to the lovely little village of Mesao Frio which has a variety of nice places to eat and shop, as well as banks, a post office and a market on Friday. There is also a river beach ideal for picnics plus indoor and outdoor swimming pools. Only 10 mins by car to the railway station Porto-Regua. Amarante 18-hole golf course is 24 km away and is equipped with a restaurant and bar.
