It is surely the best way to spend a relaxing holiday in contact with nature. The building Appartamenti La Rocca is located at the foot of a steep ledge called 'La Rocca'. This ledge takes its name from the ancient fortress of Palaia, which in the former times overlooked the whole village.
If you like nature, you will surely enjoy the scenic routes, which you will reach some of the most evocative places of the Tuscan landscape through. These routes are typical sings of Palaia Hill. Mountain bikes are available for rental; in the surroundings you will find the following facilities: Golf course, hard - tennis court, riding school and flight ground.
The Holiday Apartments 'La Rocca' are recently restored according to the Tuscan tradition and they all follow a same high level of quality. The Apartments are situated in the centre of Tuscany, not far from the most important cities of the region ((Pisa 39 km - Florence 57 Km - Lucca 42 km - Siena 73 km - Volterra 35 km e San Gimignano 36 km).
- All the holiday apartments are furnished with independent air - conditioning unit , a pretty fireplace in the living room and a small outside place in front of the entrance.
- All the holiday apartments have an own bathroom with a shower and a 'Iacuzzi' hydromassage bath.
- All the holiday apartments are equipped with satellite television, DVD/CD driver and Internet access.
- Wide parking area at 100 mt.
- Distance from the village centre and shops: less than 100 mt.
The apartment will be given suitably cleaned and furnished with:
a cooker with 4 gas rings, an electric oven and a microwave oven, a fridge with freezer, cutlery (knives, forks, spoons, ladles, etc..), dishes (soup plates, shallow plates, dessert plates etc..), glasses, coffee and tea cups, a salad bowl, frying pans, saucepans, pots, a baking pan, an Italian espresso maker, a colander, a strainer, a tin - opener and a bottle - opener, a tray and a grater. Mobile barbecues are available on request and they must be returned, properly cleaned, after use.
Bathroom accessories:
a tooth brush cup, liquid soap, a mop and floor - clothes, a spoonge, a broom with a dustpan, a plastic basin, a plastic bucket and a dustbin.
