Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one with a balcony overlooking the pool, a bathroom with overhead shower, WC, and full laundry facilities. Downstairs there is a second WC, complete kitchen with all crockery and cutlery, fridge, oven, microwave, and breakfast bar, and a spacious lounge-dining area, with TV, DVD and terrace. As the owner-operators live locally, maintenance and presentation is first-class, and there are lots of extras providing a touch of home in this tropical paradise.
The resort has a barbeque and fullsize tennis court free of charge for guests' use, and is set on several hectares, with tropical gardens.
Famous Four Mile Beach is straight down the street, no roads to cross, and there is a group of shops facing, including dining possibilities, bottleshop, DVd hire and internet cafe. Several good restaurants are within 200 metres, and a large supermarket is close by, with all tours and transport to and from the airport and around town stopping at the complex entrance.
The apartment is very spacious for couple, and is ideal for families as it sleeps up to 5 people comfortably.
