Our modern self catering luxury holiday apartment in the Bellresguard estate is well-furnished, fully air-conditioned and centrally heated. This stylish flat overlooks mature gardens, ornamental fish-ponds, sun terraces, and a superb multi-level swimming pool. The accommodation of the flat is imaginatively designed and our apartment faces south towards the Pine Walk. It has private underground parking, secure bike storage, utility room, electric shutter, a large balcony and a 70 sq m private roof garden with wonderful views. New - FREE fast WIFI internet.
There are 3 bedrooms, with one king-size, one double and two single (offset bunk) beds; all have fitted wardrobes. The bathroom is en-suite with the master bedroom and there is a family shower room (refurbished for 2012), both with thermostatic showers.
