Great sea view for this wonderful and bright apartment for 2-4 people in the "Résidence du Grand Large" a very quiet place at 50m from the beach of Trestel in Trévou-Tréguignec.
Exceptional view (see photos) on the islands from Perros-Guirec to Port-Blanc and the beautiful sandy beach of Trestel.
Balcony for meals overlooking the sea! Very tempting isn't it? Great sea views from the lounge and the dining area! The dream!
Located 10 minutes from the resort of Perros-Guirec, Lannion and 15mn and 30mn from Tréguier and Paimpol (departure for the island of Bréhat).
a big Park with a barbecue in the residence. Parking lot.
Access to the beach Trestel (50 meters) and the port "The Goff" (400m) walk.
Beds, very comfortable.
Bed made on arrival: it is offered; much appreciated after the road!
Cot and high chair and bath for baby, all available , it's free on request.
Rental towels: € 8.
Bathroom: 1 shower, 1 washbasin, 1 WC. 1 washing machine.
Basic cleaning products provided;
TV: Channels common DVD player.

Games, comics, books, coloring available.
500 liters of water per day and 8KW power by including 24h: Supplements rare: only a little in heating period. (Approximately 10 to 15€ for the week)
A deposit is paid on booking (30%) and the balance no later than the day of arrival. a deposit of € 150 is to be deposited upon arrival and will be given no later than 15 days after your departure.
Wise animals are accepted after agreement of the owner.
The trailer or boat can be stored in the owner's yard at 2mn.
Excellent restaurants, pancakes (label: delicious pancakes) at 50mand a pizzeria opposite the beach, bar trips: The Elektron.
Cinema, casino, spa, yacht clubs nearby (10 minutes approx.).
On site, you will find a folder with many proposals for visits in the country.
Everything is done to make your holidays successful!
Rental: Low season: 250 € per week (Sept. 15-Oct-Nov-Dec-Jan-Feb-Mar)
mid season: 340 € per week from April 5-May-June-September AU15;
High season: 540 € week from 1 to July 07 and from August 24 to 31/08
high season: 580 € week from July 7 to August 24
Holiday checks accepted.
A deposit of € 150 is required on arrival and will be refunded within 15 days after departure after inventory. Departures are on Saturday morning by 10am and arrivals after 2pm. Arrangements are possible to arrive later because we live in the village and can accommodate you at a time that suits you.
