Layout of Tropicasa property: The entrance to the property is reached via the back terrace, which is three steps lower than the surroundings.
After that the property is at ground level.
Then you enter the house through the closed kitchen.
Behind the kitchen you find the dining room and living room overlooking the terrace and the sea.
The two royal opening doors give you entrance to the large sun terrace of 37sq.m with of course the panoramic views of the Caribbean Sea.
Due to its layout, the sun terrace gets a lot of sun, but also plenty shadow, and offers lots of privacy. With the sun screen you can almost completely cover the terrace.
From the living room and dining room you also reach the guest toilet and the two adjacent spacious bedrooms, each with their own luxurious bathrooms with Villeroy & Boch sanitary.
The master bedroom with sea views is extra spacious.
