It is this full rest that we want to provide you in a country-villa rebuild on the foundations of an old olive mill and according the original architecture, 20kms northwest of Santarem and at the same distance of Rio Maior,on top of a valley planted with

A swimming pool of 5m x 10m with large terraces around allows sunbathing as well
as rest or reading in the shade.
The view is on the surrounding valleys planted mainly with olive trees.The location is very restfull able to give peace of mind away from the stress of the cities.
The proximity of Santarem, called Capital of the Gothic, with many monuments of the past, from the 13th century to the 15th as the 'Fonte das Figueiras' (Spring of the Fig-trees), the churches of Santa Cruz, Santa Clara, São Francisco, São João de Alporão, and of Graça.
There are many fairs in Santarem in a Nacional Center of Exhibitions.
There are also interesting visits as ' As portas do sol', pole of touristic attraction, with its garden surrounded by old Walls , with much below the panorama of the river Tejo, winding and calm. In that garden, were found roman structures and also a mohammedan dyeworks. Recently was inauguratednear the church of Graça CabralÂ´s house where died the man who discovered Brasil and where today besides a site dedicated to the History and Culture of Brasil is also a Consulate from this country.
The neighbourhood of Santarem has also plenty of interest like the Convent of Almoster, the Castle of Alcanede, the boroughs of Ribeira de Santarem, Caneiras, etc..
Walks in the country around the 'Lagar' allow to discover the ribatejan nature.
The villa is at 87kms from Lisbon Airport. The beaches of Peniche and Foz do Arelho are at about 45kms. Places of interest like Fatima(40kms), Tomar, city of the order of the Templars, Batalha,Obidos, Alcobaça are also at about the same distance.
In the villa, we supply accomodation in 5 double bedrooms with individual bathrooms. All are equipped with 2 single beds except one where there is a doublebed.
Besides that, there is in the livingroom, with a guestbathroom, a sofa bed for two.
There is also a doublebed in the mezzanine .There is therefore accomodation for up to 14 People.We can rent the full house for feasts, New Year festivities, seminars, marketing meetings or rest.
If wanted, we can supply the meals.
In June and September it will be 55 euros per room & per night. In July and August, 65 Euros. In this option, breakfeast is included.
A discount of 20% will take place when staying more than a week .
RENT PER WEEK OF THE ENTIRE VILLA
Especially for the children, they will find pleasure outside and inside to be able to run and play freely without the constraints of for example a flat in a city and also to discover even in the garden, how the plants are growing,
learning by this mean a lot of things every time more forgotten in the
modern cities, In May, June and September and Easter, the weekly rent starting on Saturday, will be 1000 €.
In July and August, New Year it will be of 1500 €.
The rental will be 850 € per week.for the periods not especifically mentioned.
For a rental during 10 monhs(except August) or 12 months, the monthly rent will be 1500 € (increased of the water, electricity, gas and gasoil expenses)
RENT PER WEEK OF A SEPARATED PAVILLON
There is also a separated cottage with two rooms of 22m2 each, (accomodation for up to six People), a bathroom
and a kitchen fully equipped .There is also central heating and a parabolic aerial and you will find it quite comfortable.
The rent in July and August New Year is 750 € per week In May, June and September and Easter, the weekly rent is 600 €
The weekly rental will be 450 € for the periods not especifically mentioned above. We ask for payment of 30% of the rent when booking and of the left 70% one month before arrival(except for late reservation) A guarantee check of 500 € is requested for the villa and for the pavillon when arriving .
This check will not be deposited in the bank and except in case of damages, will be given back when leaving.
Bedlinen and towels can be supplied for 70 € per week for the villa

40 € per week for the pavillon
When the rent is per room on a daily base, bedlinen and towels are supplied free and beds are
made before arrival of the guests.
All the guests have access to the swimming pool but the extension of the terraces allows privacy.
Available for both accomodations are garden seats and table, barbecue and
swings for the children.
Coming from the South
Getting out the motorway A1(Lisbon-Oporto) Take the direction Santarem.
More or less 3kms ahead, take the direction Torres Novas, Abrantes during 7 kms. After passing below the motorway go ahead in the same direction till you arrive to the first traffic lights. Turn left there in the direction Verdelho, Achete, Santos on an asphalted road. Before reaching Santos at more or less 10kms ahead, you turn left when you see a post indicating ATALAIA 500m ahead, there is a crossing where you turn left again till 200m later, the road is widening. There is the 'Lagar'.
Coming from Spain
Driving on the motorway Caceres Trujillo, take there the direction of Torres Novas where you get out from the main road to take the direction of Santarem and Pernes (situated at 8kms from the Lagar) Ask your way if necessary as there is nearly no post indicating Pernes. When in Pernes, take the road to Santos-Atalaia. At the postmark, turn right during 500m and then left 200m later , on atared road where is the Lagar when the road widens.
