Villa Walter is located by the sea. It is about 150 metres from the beach, surrounded by a lot of trees. It is a very quiet place where you can be in touch with nature. It is on the side of a pine-wood where you can listen to the warbling of birds in the morning. Villa Walter is located on one floor. It is well-furnished. There is a front door, a living-room, three big bedrooms, one small bedroom, 3 bathrooms and a large kitchen. The house has got all outside openings. It is very luminous and airy. The garden is furnished with small beds, deck chairs, gazebo, stone outside kitchen, barbecue and a lot of plants and palms. There is also a very spacious veranda which is suitable for big families and groups. SUPPLEMENT FOR CONDITIONED AIR ( in the hall) And HEATING In presence of animals (of small ransom) there will be a supplement of 30 euro. The delivery of the keys will happen from the 14,30 The escape within the 9.30
