The villa is located on a canal with direct access to the Gulf of Mexico. It has two bedrooms, one with a full bath and cable TV in room. There is a second bathroom with a bathtub and a shower. The kitchen has been redone recently and has everything you need to prepare meals. The family room has cable TV with surround, and a DVD player. Wireless internet access is available throughout the villa. The swimming pool has a lovely view of the canal. In the vicinities there are many stores and restaurants, a supermarket is nearby, within walking distance.
