To the rear, amongst pine trees. you will find a large barbecue and children's play area with swings and so great for families with young children.

The 12 x 6 m pool is down steps from the terrace and set in a walled landscaped garden so that it is sheltered from the wind and offers complete privacy

The villa is Romanesque in style laid out on two-storeys and consists of:

Outside there is a large gazebo with dining table and chairs on the terrace above the steps leading to the pool.
The 12 x 6 metre pool is surrounded by orange & lemon trees and has the benefit of a diving board.
