If you do not want to drive, there is a bus stop 50 m from the property that will take you to the beach. The centre of Costa da Caparica is 4 km distant, and it is 20 km to Lisbon. Lisbon international airport is 25 km.

With a living area of 200 m2 spread over two floors, the house consists of 4 bedrooms (2 doubles, 2 twins with two double sofa beds), 2 living rooms, one of them with dining area and the other with games such as table soccer, 3 bathrooms and equipped kitchen with table and chairs. Outside there is a 400 m2 garden with a 100 m2 lawn, barbecue, shaded terrace with table and chairs for 12 persons, private swimming pool (8 x 4 m), pool shower, 3 sun loungers, 3 beach chairs, parasol and off road parking for 2 cars.
