Set within walking distance to the sea, this villa has been lovingly furnished throughout and has an excellent modern kitchen. The dining and living room are open plan with French windows leading out into a terrace overlooking the ocean. To the rear of the house you have an excellent large outdoor terrace ideal for alfresco dining, and swimming pool area.

Spacious living / dining room with table seating up to 6 people, comfortable seating, TV, DVD player and closed fireplace. French windows opening onto the front terrace with sea views. Two double bedrooms and separate bathroom with jacuzzi jets. Master double bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Each bedroom has built-in wardrobes and doors opening onto the the lawned area providing wonderful sea views. Two single pull out beds are available to increase accommodation up to 8 people. The bedrooms are spacious and can accommodate the extra people.

Modern kitchen, fully equipped for a self-catering holiday and consisting of electric stainless steel oven, hob, extractor hood, integral microwave, dishwasher, large fridge-freezer and a range of solid wood units with granite worktops. A door opens to the pool terrace with barbecue, table and chairs, ideal for alfresco dining.
Exterior
There is a landscaped and lawned garden area which has been designed on the gently sloping land, and has been planted out with various trees, plants and shrubs; there is also a built-in BBQ and ample good quality patio furniture and sun beds. The swimming pool is 9 metres long and 5 metres wide.
Guests will enjoy the fabulous views down to the coast and sea, as well as the surrounding countryside.
