The ground floor consists of an input veranda with panoramic sliding, a large kitchen with French window facing south, a room with 3 beds of 90 cm, a second with a 140 cm bed, ' a living room with sofa bed 140 cm for sleeping 2 people and 1 bed mezzanine of 90 cm in alcove above the sofa. A bathroom with shower, a separate toilet, a bathroom with toilet.
