The new cottage, with its rustic character is built on the highest ground near the pool. With its 140m has 3 bedrooms for 7 people, a fireplace, a special charcoal stove, patio, terrace with barbecue and bathroom with bathtub.
The center of the house is a kitchen-living room with fireplace, stove, kitchen with 4 burner hob, fridge / freezer, sink two breasts and everything necessary to handle the very large and comfortable.
The bathroom with its bright colors has a bath, two sinks, toilet and bidet.
The solar system provides the cottage with light and produces a 220V converter 700W for satellite TV, free WiFi Internet and to charge mobiles, camcorders etc.
Hot water is achieved by a butane heater.
One bedroom has a double bed and cot, the second double bed and single bed and the last bed.
From the terrace part way towards a 9x4m swimming pool, shared with another cottage (La Chicharra), with its sun loungers and parasols, surrounded by plants and flowers.
La Chicharra
Large rustic farmhouse with lots vegetación.Construido on two floors (180m), with 4 bedrooms for max.10 people love for its rustic style combined with all the comforts of a new house, with the possibility to rent only the ground floor with 2 bedrooms for 4 persons.
Lots of vegetation surrounding the house, parral guarantee an enjoyable stay in two terraces with barbecue to enjoy the good views.
The living room / kitchen, with its comfortable corner by the fireplace, the dining room and a wood stove give a special warm feeling for its comprehensiveness and its detailed finish.
The kitchen with his refrigerator and freezer, cooker with 4 burners, sink two breasts and invites all necessary utensils to cook and prepare good meals.
On the same floor are two bedrooms with double beds of which has a cot, a bathroom with bathtub and a pantry.
For the interior staircase leads to the upper floor where two bedrooms with double beds and two single beds. Since the two rooms you have access to the second terrace. Additionally on this floor is another bathroom with shower and toilet bowl.
El Cortijo operates in sunlight and provides a converter for 220V/700W TV (which is by satellite), Internet and free WiFi to upload your mobile, camcorder etc.
Ensures hot water heater for Butane.
Pool shared with La Chaparra, the other cottage, is about 30m and caters 9x4m.Se measured by a spring and is kept clean by a treatment plant. The terrace with comfortable loungers and umbrellas and flowers impresses with its spectacular view.

Ein ganz besonderer Ort

  Wir waren Ende Mai/Anfang Juni 2012 für 2 ½ Wochen im oberen Ferienhaus. Für uns war es ein Traum und wir konnten uns in diesen Wochen wieder regenerieren.
Das Haus La Chaparra ist einfach und charmant und ist umgeben von Kastanien- Mandelbäumen und Pinien. Der Blick von der Terrasse aus ist ein einziger Genuss und lässt die Seele baumeln: Das Tal liegt einem direkt zu Füssen und man sieht bis zum Meer.
Abkühlung bei heißem Wetter bot uns der Pool, von dem aus wir ebenfalls den wunderbaren Blick auf das Tal genießen konnten.
Kleinere Spaziergänge direkt vom Haus aus oder auch längere Wanderungen sind möglich. Wunderschön war es, an den alten Wasserkanälen entlang zu gehen. Auf dem Grundstück leben auch Katzen, Pferde, Hühner, Hund und Esel, was uns große Freude machte. Für uns Stadtmenschen war das eine besondere Gelegenheit auch mal wieder mit Tieren in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft zu leben – wenn auch nur für kurze Zeit.



Mit diesem Ferienhaus waren wir mittendrin in der „Pampa“. Eine Idylle weit weg vom Stadtrummel. Es ist still und einsam, aber man fühlt sich nicht alleine. Und das liegt nicht zuletzt auch am Vermieter, der jeden Tag nach den Gärten und Tieren schaut. An dieser Stelle möchten wir nochmals vielen Dank sagen. Wir waren gut bei euch aufgehoben.



Um nach Lanjaron zu kommen, braucht es ca. 20 Minuten. Die Strecke ist ein wenig gewöhnungsbedürftig, da sie zum einen sehr kurvenreich ist und auch weil sie teilweise ungeteert ist. Anfangs kommt es einem ein wenig abenteuerlich vor und man glaubt nicht recht, dass die Straße überhaupt irgendwohin führt. Doch wir können sagen, dass sie tatsächlich wohin führt, und zwar direkt in die Oase. Es hat einen besonderen Reiz der Kontrast des bewässerten Grundstücks und der Landschaft drum herum, das wird besonders auf der Fahrt dahin sehr deutlich. Sehr gut hat uns auch gefallen, daß die Stromversorgung mit Solarstrom funktioniert und daß sogar WLAN-Anbindung vorhanden ist.
Für uns war es ein ganz besonderer Ort, an dem ein ganz besonderer Rhythmus spürbar ist. Wir werden wiederkommen.
